This App demonstrates the beginning level kicking techniques for the entry level student in martial arts. Each technique is presented at en entry level and should be practiced in repetition, as outlined in the mMAI (marens Martial Arts Institute) training manual. These basic techniques will be the foundation upon which further levels of training will be built.
